Note 1: The initial introductory session may take up to an hour to set up the basics for all following 30 minute sessions.
Note 2: It is the clients responsibility to allocate time to complete these activities, however coaches are always mindful of helping clients set realistic time frames for completion of actions in any two week period. We are not inferring that significant achievements are made during the 30 minute coaching sessions, however it is not uncommon for clients to have significant achievements in the way they think during a coaching session.
